Christmas Morning

Early sounds of laughter filled with joy

Surprised faces of little girls and boys

Admiration of Fathers and Mothers

As they watch their young open their gifts

Waffles

Eggs

Bacon

And grits

Breakfast is served

Prayer is said

Followed by

Amen
